About Me

My pronouns are she/her.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor under the supervision of Meg Hasek-Watt, Registered Psychologist.

I offer a diverse set of skills and knowledge. From my background in kinesiology and public health, to my experience with different counselling modalities, I am confident I can work with you to find what you need. This is not me telling you what you need though. I strive to make you and I partners on your journey to wellbeing. I am also honoured to be a member of the Skipping Stone Trans Affirming Network.

People tell me I exude a warm, welcoming, and engaged presence. I offer a safe and judgement-free space where clients are able to express themselves; and explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Sometimes exploring these things can be scary. We will go slow and work at a pace that is best for you.
